A new worm has been identified that affects Symbian S60 2nd Edition Phones.
The worm , known as Besola, spreads through the use of MMS and Bluetooth. The devious thing about the work is that it works by pretending to be a picture , audio or video file rather than an SIS application file.
The currently know filenames being used to spread the virus are beauty.jpg , sex.mp3 and love.rm .
All Symbian users should never allow an image file or audio file to be given installation permissions, as these files have no need to install.
This should prevent the worm appearing on your phone.
