Samsung recently unveiled the world’s thinnest 8MP CMOS designed for use with mobile phones.
The device measures just 28mm × 15.3mm × 8.5mm and has some awesome features including :
- Face-detection
- Anti-shake
- ISO 1600 sensitivity
- Detecting and automatically taking a photo when it recognizes a smile.
Samsung says the new 8MP CMOS should be available for mobile phones in the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.
