Following the success of the HT1, the ModeLabs Group, announced the design and distribution of the new HT2 HUMMER® mobile phone.

The product is being launched as part of the exclusive licensing contract concluded in February 2007 with HUMMER®, a division of the General Motors Corporation, one of the world’s largest vehicle manufacturers.
Like its predecessor the HT1, the HT2 is inspired by the design and high-end finish of the wheels and grille of the HUMMER®: an off-road vehicle combining power and prestige. While reflecting the spirit of the brand, the new mobile is fully multimedia and can be used in any situation. The HT2 has up to 500 hours of autonomy in stand-by mode, is quad-band (enabling network access in more than 200 countries) and features Dual-SIM* (two lines in a single mobile), a built-in modem, e-mail and a webcam.
More than 50,000 HUMMER® HT1 mobiles have been sold worldwide. Initially distributed in Europe, in particular in France, Spain and the Netherlands, the HT1 went on to score storming successes in Eastern Europe and Latin America. Sales of the HT1 continue to grow following recent releases on markets in Australia, India and North America.
The HUMMER® HT2 will be marketed in Russia in the first quarter of 2008 and in Latin America at the end of the second quarter.
